Privacy overview
Each app has its own policy, because each app does something different with data — and two of them do nothing at all. This page is the shared commitment behind all of them.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Nothing here is funded by knowing things about you.
The policy for each app
MyGuideMyGuide collects the minimum it needs to make and keep your tours.
KnitchKnitch does not collect your data.
Thread PullThread Pull sends nothing anywhere.
VouchVouch handles material that people intend to be public — endorsement questionnaires and their answers — alongside ordinary account data.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade personal information — to anyone, for any price.
- Serve advertising, or share data with ad networks and data brokers.
- Track you across other apps or websites, or build advertising profiles.
- Collect more than the app needs to do the thing you asked it to do.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data an app holds about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it along with your account. Email us from the address on the account and tell us which app. We do it and confirm when it's done — there is no retention team to talk you out of it.
Children
None of our apps are directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If a policy changes materially, the app's policy page is updated with a new date before the change takes effect. We won't quietly broaden what we collect and backdate the paperwork.
